The Treasury Management Sales Associate is responsible for providing support for the Treasury Management Sales team.
Key Responsibilities: · Prepares documents such as pricing proformas, RFPs, RFI’s and presentations for customer review; submits customer request for implementation to the implementation team. · Assists in pipeline updates, call reports, weekly reports, pipeline for the team and deal highlights. · Acts as backup customer contact for the Treasury Management Sales Consultant; performs inside sales and cross-selling activities as needed. · Assists with branch and customer inquiries and research requests specific to treasury management. · Notifies customers of electronic ACH blocked transactions and confirms authorization or return.
Competencies Required: · Working knowledge of treasury products and services, public funds, pricing, financial statement analysis and proposal development. · Proficiency with Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Word, and SharePoint) and the ability to navigate banking software applications (Bancline, UltiPro, Mozart) and related websites (Invesco AIM Liquidity Link). · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast pace environment while maintaining attention to detail. · Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving abilities, research skills, and sales aptitude. · Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience: · 2 years in the banking or financial services industry in a sales support or customer service role required, OR an Accounting or Finance degree in lieu of experience; OR a currently active member of Woodforest branch management with at least 1 year in role (Assistant Branch Manager or above).
Formal Education & Certification: · High School Diploma or equivalent required. · Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field preferred.
Work Status: · Full-Time.
Supervisory Responsibility: · None.
Travel: · 0% - Negligible amount of travel expected.
Working Conditions: · Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
